Andrew Taggart and Chloe Lewis are a Canadian artist duo who have worked together since meeting in Vancouver in 2006. Gravitating around an examination of material surplus and its relationship to form and place, their projects typically manifest as sculptural collections, artist books and site-based interventions. Their work has most recently been exhibited at The Centre for Contemporary Art, Warsaw; The Kuntsi Museum of Modern Art, Vaasa, Finland; and The Factory for Art and Design, Copenhagen.

In parallel to their studio practice, Lewis & Taggart operate The Museum of Longing and Failure; a small, roving museum that brings together the work of international artists with an emphasis on sculptural practices. In 2010 they received a collaborative MFA from The Bergen National Academy of the Arts.
